How homeopathy approaches this
In an autoimmune illness the body's own defence system turns on healthy tissue, and the same misdirected process can show itself as a skin rash in one person, a stiff spine in another and an inflamed bowel in a third. Constitutional homeopathy works at that shared level rather than at the diagnosis alone. In a long consultation we ask what starts your flares, how stress and sleep affect you, what infections or shocks came before the illness, how you react to heat, cold and food, and what runs in your family. Two patients with the same report often need two entirely different medicines.
Our aim is practical, not miraculous: fewer and milder flare-ups, better energy between them, and a body that settles down faster when it is disturbed. Many patients hope to need less steroid over time, and that can happen, but any reduction is decided only by your own physician after seeing fresh reports, never by us and never on your own. We do not promise cures, we do not quote success percentages, and we will tell you honestly when a condition needs specialist treatment we cannot replace.
What to expect at the clinic
Your first consultation with Dr. Raju takes about forty minutes, because the history matters more than the label. Please bring every report you have, including ANA, HLA-B27, anti-TPO, CRP, ESR, colonoscopy or scan findings, and the exact list of medicines and doses you are taking. Follow-ups are usually once a month at first, with repeat tests at the intervals your specialist advises, so progress is judged by how you feel and what the reports show together. Autoimmune conditions are slow and settled over months, not weeks, and a flare during treatment does not mean failure. We will not give you a fixed timeline or a guarantee. Anyone with severe or sudden symptoms, such as breathing or swallowing difficulty, chest pain, heavy bleeding, high fever, sudden weakness or a drop in urine output, must seek immediate medical care first.
Our clinic sits at Plot No 4, Sreenidhi Apartments, Manovikas Nagar, in Old Bowenpally, a few minutes from Tirumalgiri and Trimulgherry and an easy drive from Begumpet and the rest of Secunderabad. Patients also come to us regularly from Alwal, Sainikpuri and Kompally, and since autoimmune treatment depends on steady monthly follow-up, having the doctor close to home is what keeps most people going through the slow months.
